A practical overview of the data used to provide the Ccount bookkeeping service.

Effective date: September 3, 2026
Ccount stores account registration information, company setup information, authorized-user information and bookkeeping records entered by the customer, such as customers, vendors, products, invoices, bills, purchase orders, income, expenses, reconciliation records and exports.
Application bookkeeping records are associated with a company account and normal application queries are designed to be scoped to the signed-in company tenant.
The Ccount platform-administration interface is designed for signup, subscription and service-account metadata. It does not provide screens for viewing a customer's invoices, bills, customers, vendors, employees, products, income, expenses or reports.
User passwords are stored as password hashes rather than readable passwords. Password reset uses the registered account email and a time-limited reset token.
Ccount bookkeeping payment-method fields are classifications only. Ccount does not store customer payment-card credentials or process customer transaction funds. Subscription payment instructions may display Ccount receiving bank details solely so a customer can manually pay the software subscription.
Customers can generate supported export files from their own account. Requests involving account closure, retention or deletion should be directed to support@ccount.co and are handled subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Realistic examples of invoicing, team collaboration and business reporting. Screen content is illustrative and reflects Ccount's recordkeeping functions.
